Caroline Knee has a diverse range of work experience. In their most recent position at AprilAire, they worked as a Project Assistant for Brand Transformation and a Technical Product Support Specialist. Prior to that, they served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, where they facilitated an online capstone senior design course and mentored a team of students. Caroline also worked as a Summer Nanny, caring for a one-year-old child while taking summer courses online. Caroline was the Vice President of Communications & Records for Phi Sigma Rho National Sorority, where they managed communication with the university and kept members updated. Caroline also worked as a Seasonal Stock Associate at Burlington Stores, providing customer service and restocking shelves. Additionally, they gained experience as a Power Distribution Engineering Co-Op at Gulf Power Company, where they designed power distribution systems and performed maintenance on power lines. Caroline started their professional journey as a Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and as an Engineering Intern at Stellar, where they created drawings in AutoCAD.
Caroline Knee attended Allen D. Nease High School from 2012 to 2016 and obtained their High School Diploma during that time. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida from 2016 to 2020.
In terms of additional certifications, Caroline earned certifications in Phone-Based Customer Service and Working with Upset Customers from LinkedIn in March 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a SolidWorks certification from the SolidWorks Authorized Training Center in October 2017 and an Autodesk AutoCAD Certified User certification from Autodesk in February 2015.
