Doug Hoffman

Doug Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Doug started their career at Sears Home Improvement Products in 2001 as a Sales Consultant and progressed to various positions including Field Sales Manager, Metro Sales Manager, and finally District General Manager. At Sears, they were responsible for managing the St. Louis district office, driving sales performance, ensuring profitability, and overseeing staffing, training, and customer experience. In 2013, they joined Aprilaire, a Division of Research Products Corporation, as the Chicago South District Sales Manager. Doug later became the Central USA & Canada Regional Sales Manager and is currently serving as the Chicago North Business Development Specialist.

Doug Hoffman completed their education in a chronological order. Doug obtained a Bachelors degree in General Studies from South East Missouri State University, which lasted from 1983 to 1988. Doug then pursued a Masters degree in Marketing at Webster University, completing it from 1992 to 1993. Finally, they attended Ranken Technical College between 1993 and 1995 to obtain an associates degree in Machine shop technology.
