Lisa Bothun

Lisa Bothun has had a diverse work experience, primarily in finance and accounting roles. Lisa is currently employed as a Finance Operations Manager at AprilAire since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Agrace as an Accounting Manager from March 2022 to October 2022.

Lisa's previous experience includes working as a Controller at Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. from April 2021 to March 2022, and as a Controller at BouMatic from August 2019 to April 2021. In these roles, they collaborated with the Operations Group to identify cost improvement opportunities, supervised and managed a team of employees, and handled various accounting processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, budget preparation, and payroll.

Before their role at BouMatic, Lisa worked as a Controller at Kollege Town from November 2015 to August 2019, where they managed finance and accounting for a $40M apparel manufacturing division, provided leadership and management for a team of 5 employees, and led the implementation of the financial module of the SAP system.

Lisa's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Staff Accountant at BouMatic from January 2015 to November 2015, where they reduced intercompany reconciliation time, processed accounts payable vouchers, and prepared the annual budget. Lisa also worked as a Controller at Dane Manufacturing from November 2013 to February 2015, overseeing financial statement preparation, HR responsibilities, payroll, and banking and cash flow operations.

Lisa's career began as a Cost Accounting Manager at BouMatic from May 2012 to November 2013. Lisa then worked as an Accounting Supervisor at Madison Kipp from October 2011 to June 2012. Lisa'sfirst role was as a Plant Accounting Manager at Rayovac from August 2006 to January 2012, where they prepared budgets and forecasts, analyzed manufacturing variances, and facilitated a Cost Improvement Team that achieved a 5% reduction in costs.

Lisa Bothun obtained their Associates Degree in Accounting from Madison Area Technical College. Lisa then went on to pursue their Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Lakeland University, which they completed in 1996. In 2001, Lisa obtained their Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Management Accountants.
