Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions in companies such as Hisense USA Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation, where Mike led cross-functional teams and achieved significant cost reductions. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Mike has extensive experience in product management, engineering, and technology management. Mike also co-founded a company specializing in custom air conditioner design and development. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated a strong ability to drive product innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
