Scott Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development, food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within the food industry. Currently serving as VP of Research and Development at REPCO since September 2023, Scott manages product development for diverse clientele while addressing market needs and regulatory requirements. Prior to this, Scott held the position of VP of Food Safety, Safety, Quality, and Regulatory at McShares, Inc., where enhancements were made to quality programs and safety systems. Scott's diverse background includes roles at FOSS as a Key Account Manager and Grain and Milling Industry Sales Manager, along with significant leadership experience at Cargill in various capacities related to food safety and quality. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Moorhead State University.
