Isabel (Bell) Weeden

Isabel Weeden, CPA, serves as CFO/COO at Waco Foundation since January 2024, while also owning and managing RESEARCH TAX CONSULTANTS since May 2019. Previously, Isabel held the role of Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance, Analytics & Budget at Texas State Technical College from January 2013 to July 2019, focusing on institutional research, budget management, and student financial reporting. Earlier experience includes working as a Risk Management Analyst and as an Accountant at Whitaker, Spinks, & Koslovsky, LLP. Isabel began a career at Wells Fargo as a Wealth Management Regional Private Banker 2, where responsibilities included private bank lending and commercial banking. Isabel earned a Bachelors in Accounting from Tarleton State University between 2008 and 2011.
