Aizada Sarybaeva

Aizada Sarybaeva has a strong background in finance and administration, with extensive experience in various roles. Aizada most recently worked as the Finance and Administration Director at RTI International since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Grants and Finance Officer at IREX from February 2019 to November 2019. Aizada also worked as the Finance Manager at the State Committee on information technologies and communication, World Bank Project from November 2017 to February 2019. Before that, they held the position of Finance Manager at American Institutes for Research from October 2013 to October 2017. Aizada's previous roles also include Project Finance Manager at AIDS Foundation East-West from November 2012 to September 2013, Financial and Administrative Officer at Danish Refugee Council / Dansk Flygtningehjælp from October 2011 to October 2012, and Finance Manager at Save the Children from August 2008 to September 2011.

Aizada Sarybaeva completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Central Asia in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Kyrgyz National State University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied mathematics.
