Destiny Talley

Destiny Talley, M.Ed., is a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at RTI International since August 2022, and a Board Member for NC 100 since May 2020, focusing on community outreach programs in Rockingham County. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Coach and Graduate Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where initiatives included conducting workshops and coordinating campus recruitment, and as a Virtual College Adviser with College Advising Corps, supporting high-achieving students through the college application process. Destiny's background also includes various roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, including Project Manager and Program Assistant, with a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
