Edward (Chip) Hill is a highly experienced professional in the fields of computer graphics and virtual reality, currently serving as a Research Systems Programmer/Analyst at RTI International since December 2018, where responsibilities include the development of XR applications for research and training in government contexts. As the Founder and Consultant at Tarheel Technologies® since October 2007, Chip has focused on 3D virtual reality systems and 2D emulation systems for simulation, training, and entertainment industries, with notable projects such as VR training tools and genetic counseling simulations.
