Janet Putnam

Janet Putnam has extensive experience in toxicology and regulatory compliance, currently serving as a Consultant-Inspector for RTI International since September 2002, where responsibilities include meeting the guidelines of the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Previously, Janet held the position of Vice President for Operations at DrugScan from May 2018 to November 2020, managing customer-focused operations and remote teams while demonstrating expertise in various diagnostic technologies. At Ameritox, from June 2008 to June 2018, Janet transitioned manual processes to automation and provided data interpretation to stakeholders. Janet's career began as Co-Director and Responsible Person at Advanced Toxicology Network, where regulatory policies and laboratory procedures were established. Janet earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
