Jon Herstein

Jon Herstein has a diverse work experience. Jon started their career in 1996 as a Natural Resources Management Volunteer in the Peace Corps. Jon then worked as a Program Associate at NEA from 1999 to 2000. Jon joined the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2001 as a Program Associate. In 2003, they began working at RTI International, starting as a Senior Research Education Analyst and later progressing to roles such as Regional Operations Director and International HR Operations Director and HR Business Partner. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President, Global HR Business Partner at RTI International.

Jon Herstein earned an EdM degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2000-2001. Jon previously obtained a BA degree in French Language and Literature from Boston College between 1989 and 1993. In 1991-1992, they studied French Studies at The American University of Paris without receiving a degree. Additionally, Jon Herstein has obtained various certifications in Human Resources and Workforce Planning from LinkedIn and the Human Capital Institute (HCI), including the prestigious SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2015.
