Isabelle Perreault

Isabelle Perreault has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Isabelle began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at CAE in 1993 and worked there until 1995. Isabelle then joined BRP, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Isabelle served as an Advisor in HR from 1995 to 2001 before transitioning to a Manager role in HR from 2001 to 2008. Isabelle then became the Director of HR Business Partner Engineering and Services in 2008 and later moved on to become the Director of HR Manufacturing, Engineering & Labour Relations from 2009 to 2013. Isabelle then took on the role of Global Director for HR Re-Invention Program & Shared Services from 2013 to 2017. Their most recent positions at BRP include Vice President HR Business Partner | Head of Talent & Employee Experience from 2017 to 2020 and their current role as Global Vice President HR Business Partner Powersports Group | Head of Talent & Employee Experience since September 2020. Isabelle Perreault's extensive experience in HR, along with their leadership roles, make their a seasoned professional in the field.

Isabelle Perreault attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained an Administration College Degree in Business Administration and Management. Isabelle then pursued their studies at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1990 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management / Business Administration.
