Matt Finholt-Daniel

Matt Finholt-Daniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and software development, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for International Data Systems at RTI International since August 2014. Matt has a notable history of enhancing software development practices and implementing sustainable technology solutions in both domestic and international contexts. Prior to RTI, Matt held various positions at Seward Inc., where significant contributions included modernizing network infrastructure and establishing strategic academic technology plans across multiple countries. Matt's career began with roles at the University of St. Thomas and Digital Mantis, focusing on technical support and custom development for educational institutions. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota and dual undergraduate degrees in Quantitative Methods & Computer Science and Computer Software Engineering.
