Michelle Conner

Michelle Conner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and proposal development. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Development Specialist at RTI International since January 2010, Michelle has progressed through various roles, including Proposal Development Specialist and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included managing departmental files, travel arrangements, expense reports, and project tracking. Prior to RTI International, Michelle worked at Ernie Gross Designs Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator, overseeing accounts payable/receivables and providing executive support. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Formative Group/Casper Design Group, managing a substantial stock photography budget, and as Nursing Department Administrative Assistant at Arden Wood Benevolent Association. Michelle holds a BA in Environmental Science from Principia College.
