Nani Grimmer

Nani Grimmer, MBA, PMP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and forensic science. Currently serving as Director of the Project Excellence Program at RTI International since July 2016, Nani focuses on enhancing quality, efficiency, and innovation in justice-oriented projects. Previous positions at RTI include Manager of the Research, Technology, and Evaluation Program and Senior Project Management Specialist, overseeing critical initiatives such as the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Training and Technical Assistance project. Prior to RTI, Nani worked at Bode Cellmark Forensics, Inc. for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included managing federally-funded research and development projects and leading DNA analysis efforts that contributed significantly to national databases. Nani holds an MBA from North Carolina State University and a BS in Genetic Engineering and Forensic Science from Cedar Crest College.
