Raza Saba

Raza Saba is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Contracting Officer at RTI International since February 2021, Raza specializes in procuring essential equipment and materials while analyzing market competitiveness. Previously held roles include Procurement Manager at Dynamic Services Solutions and multiple positions at Development Alternatives Inc., culminating in the role of Procurement, Grants and Subcontracts Director, where Raza effectively led a team and achieved consistent departmental goals. Additional notable experiences include leading procurement operations at the University of Massachusetts and managing project logistics during work in Afghanistan. Raza holds a Master's degree in International Relations, completed between 2009 and 2011.
