Shalini Parekh

Shalini Parekh is an experienced professional in healthcare analytics and market access strategy, currently serving as Program Director at RTI International since June 2024. Previously, Shalini held the position of Managing Director at Avalere Health, leading a technical team focused on market access. Shalini’s prior roles include Director at Xcenda, Principal at Avalere Health, and Vice President at The Lewin Group, where Shalini was involved in significant projects like the Evaluation of the Oncology Care Model. Earlier in Shalini's career, managerial roles at Kaiser Permanente and Acumen, LLC focused on performance analytics, data management, and oversight of federal health projects. Shalini's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Mathematics from the University of Southern California.
