Shane Hamstra

Shane Hamstra is a seasoned professional in virtual events and training technologies, currently serving as Senior Manager at RTI International since June 2011, where responsibility includes overseeing a team that facilitates 60 live events monthly using enterprise-level virtual engagement platforms. Previously held positions at RTI include Knowledge Transfer Program Manager and Online Training Production Manager, where Shane led content production and developed efficient training processes. Prior freelance work as a Media Producer encompassed teaching and field production for national cable television, alongside extensive experience as a Series Producer at Themis Media and Associate Producer at Towers Productions. Shane's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of South Florida.
