Stephen Dunn

Stephen Dunn is a seasoned professional in governance, public financial management, and urban resilience, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at RTI International since June 2022. With extensive experience spanning nearly three decades, Stephen has worked in various capacities, including Technical Director of Governance and Vice President for Programs at RTI International, as well as an independent consultant for multiple organizations. Stephen has demonstrated expertise in international development across regions such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, and several countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
