Tom Madden

Tom Madden, MS, PMP, is a Senior Project Management Specialist at RTI International, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Project Manager at ICF from June 2007 to October 2018. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed from 2008 to 2013.
