Satyajit Tripathy

Satyajit Tripathy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ResearchAyu since January 2025. Previously held the position of Director of People Operations at AiDash, where Satyajit focused on purpose-driven people practices and fostering a high-performance culture. Prior experience includes serving as Director HR for Central functions at Tata 1mg, overseeing total rewards revamp and enhancing employee experience, as well as significant achievements in long-term incentive plan design. Earlier roles include Senior HRBP at Meesho and COE Lead at udaan.com, where Satyajit managed various aspects of HR such as compensation, analytics, and employee experience. Satyajit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from BIT Mesra.
