Baucom Randy

Baucom Randy serves as the Director of Operations at Vaughan Foods, a division of Reser's Fine Foods, since May 2014, after previously holding the position of Plant Manager at the same company starting in October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Reser's Fine Foods from November 2011 to October 2013 and at Orval Kent Foods from October 2008 to February 2012. Baucom Randy began the professional career as Process Unit Manager at Gold Shield of Indiana Inc. from 1984 to 2007.
