Donna Biondich, CPCU

Donna Biondich, CPCU, has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Donna currently serves as the Head of Claims Process at Reserv, starting in July 2022. Previously, Donna held the position of Chief Claims Officer at ProSight Specialty Insurance from November 2019 to September 2021. Donna also worked as the Director of General Liability and Professional Liability Claims at North American Risk Services from June 2019 to November 2019.

Donna has a background in consulting as well, having worked as a Consultant at DMB Consulting - Insurance. In this role, they provided expertise for improving claim operations, conducted claim file audits of third-party administrators, and reviewed and provided options for coverage resolution. Donna was in this role from 2017 until 2019.

Prior to their consulting role, Donna held various leadership positions in claims management. Donna served as the Vice President of Claims at Colony Specialty, part of Argo Group, from 2009 to 2017. Before that, they were the Vice President of Claims at Maxum Specialty Insurance Group from 2006 to 2009. Donna also held the position of Officer, Vice President of Claims at Caliber One Management Co Inc from 1998 to 2006. Their experience in claims management started at Northland Insurance, where they worked as the Assistant Vice President Specialty Lines Claims from 1987 to 1998.

Donna began their insurance career at Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance in various roles, including Personal Lines Claims Supervisor, Home Office Property Analyst, and St. Property Claims Adjuster, from 1983 to 1987. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in claims operations, and a commitment to providing excellent service in the insurance industry.

Donna Biondich, CPCU has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including Associate in Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from AICPCU. Donna has also completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School Executive Education and Farr Leadership training.
