Tanner Oldenburger, PE, RS has extensive experience in the engineering field. Tanner started their career as a Structural Engineering Intern at Compass Consulting Engineers in 2009. In 2013, they joined Reserve Advisors, LLC as a Senior Engineer, Reserve Specialist, and Structural Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for inspecting and analyzing the condition of clients' properties and recommending engineering solutions. Tanner specialized in complex property types and prepared technical reports and forecasts for capital expenditures. In 2016, Tanner was promoted to Engineering Manager, West Region at Reserve Advisors, LLC. In this role, they oversaw and reviewed the work of the engineering team and served as a mentor and technical resource. As of February 2022, Tanner holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Reserve Advisors, LLC.

Tanner earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2010 and 2012.
