Tania Allen

Tania Allen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery, operations management, and process integration. Currently serving as Team Leader for Service Integration and Performance at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand since July 2019, Tania focuses on developing effective processes for optimal service flow and ongoing performance improvement. Previous roles include Service Operations Manager at Fujitsu, where responsibilities included end-to-end service delivery and security compliance, and Service Delivery Manager at both Spark Digital New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand, emphasizing seamless service delivery and ITIL implementation. Tania also operated as a Business Owner at Spectrum Electrical and held a Change Manager position at IAG, specializing in infrastructure change management and security.
