Cyrus Borzooyeh

Cyrus Borzooyeh has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Cyrus served as the Chief Financial Officer at Reservoir Capital Group, where they oversaw accounting, treasury, tax, and other operational functions. Cyrus also worked as a Consultant at the same company, where they implemented technology solutions to improve financial reporting efficiency. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Cyrus Capital Partners, where they were responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance-related functions. Cyrus also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at King Street Capital Management, LLC, where they played a key role in the firm's growth. Cyrus started their career as a Fund Accountant at Tiger Management, LLC, and later worked as a Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG US. Cyrus also gained experience as a Semi-Senior staff accountant at Goldstein, Golub, Kessler & Co., PC.

Cyrus Borzooyeh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management between 1989 and 1993. Cyrus later received additional certifications, including becoming a Notary Public from the New York State in November 2005 and being a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State Education Department in February 1996.
