Additional experience includes roles at Virgin Active, Harlequin FC, and Kempster Ltd, demonstrating a proven track record in brand strategy, partnership management, and event coordination. Lauren's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Brighton and a European Sponsorship Diploma.

At Reset Fitness, our focus is Group Functional Circuit Training. Our unique custom-designed fitness concept is progressive, sustainable and results-driven. Built around TV-led, trainer-assisted workouts that feature two different intensity levels, our program allows customers of all fitness levels to train effectively together in a fun and non-intimidating environment. The modular concept means that depending on the space it can be operated as either a stand alone facility or insertion into an established space, adding value to the current offering. The intelligent design fits around a space, ensuring the space can be utilized in different ways.
