Kurt Nielsen Maldonado ACS CCP, currently works as the Director of Training & Support at Resfab Equipment Inc., a company that manufactures commercial ventless fryers, fryers, hot cases, and yogurt-blending technology. Prior to this role, Maldonado held various positions at Sobeys, including Lead Operations Specialist Bakery, Deli, & HMR - Sobeys Western Canada, Specialist, Alberta North, Manager Deli HMR / Trainer Deli HMR/ Corporate Retail Program Manager. Maldonado holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Arts with a focus on Zoology and an Advanced Degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management from the University of Guelph.
