Hayden J. Woods

Hayden J. Woods, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Hayden J. is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at ResiHome, a nationwide property management company. In this role, they oversee property management, leasing, maintenance, and turns. Previously, Hayden worked as the Director of Strategic Insights & Operations at RESICAP, a leading real estate solution provider for institutional owners. At RESICAP, they managed the entire lifecycle of single-family properties. Prior to that, Hayden held various positions at ICE, including Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Manager, where they served as a financial and strategic partner. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at RESICAP, and as a Forensic Consultant at AEA Group, LLC, providing financial, economic, and strategic advice to clients involved in complex financial litigation.

Hayden J. Woods, CFA obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from The University of Alabama in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics from the same institution in 2017. In 2021, Hayden achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. Additionally, in 2018, Hayden obtained a certification as a Real Estate Sales Agent from TREND ATLANTA REALTY, INC.
