Brennan Sanders

Brennan Sanders is an experienced professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Owner of Resi Metrics LLC since September 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Development at Alpine Start Development from July 2023 to May 2024, Director of Development at Gardner Capital from September 2022 to July 2023, and Vice President of Affordable Housing Development at Olive Tree Holdings from September 2019 to December 2021. Brennan has also held various positions at Gardner Capital, Inc., including Development Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate between December 2017 and July 2019, as well as a Development Intern at Dominium in 2017.
