Resi Metrics LLC

Facing a growing housing crisis in the United States, we identified a major obstacle to developing essential multifamily housing: the complex and opaque process of securing project approvals and public funding. As experienced multifamily housing developers, we firsthand encountered the frustration of navigating the tangled web of housing policy, land use planning, regulations, and local politics. These challenges not only hindered our projects but also exacerbated the broader issue of housing scarcity. Driven to make a difference, we founded Resi Metrics LLC to bridge this gap. Combining our extensive industry experience with a passion for innovative solutions, we developed an intuitive platform that transforms complexity into clear, actionable insights. Utilizing advanced visual tools, including GIS technology and graphical presentations, we illuminate the unseen—streamlining the approval process for developers and providing valuable information to policymakers and the public. Our journey is fueled by a commitment to empower industry professionals and contribute to meaningful solutions for the U.S. housing crisis. We believe that by making critical information universally accessible and understandable, we can facilitate more successful housing developments and help address the nation's pressing housing needs.
