Olivia Cook

Olivia Cook has extensive work experience in the hospitality and travel industry. Olivia most recently served as the Head of Account Management at Resi. Prior to that, they held the same position at Pitchup.com for five years.

Earlier in their career, Olivia worked at Secret Escapes, where they held multiple roles. Olivia started as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing the UK hotel-only supply chain and overseeing a team of Production Coordinators. Olivia also worked closely with Contracts Managers to ensure efficient operations and identify and resolve supply chain issues. Olivia was also involved in sales initiatives and special projects, including the launch of boxed gift vouchers in the UK market. Later, they took on the role of Contracts Manager for the UK region, where they contracted best-price offers from hotels for inclusion on the Secret Escapes flash sale site.

Olivia's early career experience includes working at Mr & Mrs Smith, a boutique hotel collection. Olivia served as a Trading and Distribution Executive, responsible for account managing properties in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Olivia also held the role of Booking Solutions Executive, managing hotel relations for Northern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Africa, and The Seychelles. Prior to that, Olivia worked as an Office Manager.

Olivia Cook attended The High School For Girls in Gloucester from 1998 to 2005. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Law and English Literature at the University of Oxford Brookes from 2006 to 2010.
