Selma Rabelo

Selma Rabelo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Selma is currently the Vice President of Corporate Product, Compliance, and Innovation at Resia since September 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions at Resia as the Director of Product Development and Innovation starting in May 2021 and the Director of Real Estate Development starting in December 2016.

Before joining Resia, Selma worked at Odebrecht from January 2010 to June 2015 as a Senior Business Development Manager. During their time at Odebrecht, they were responsible for managing a vertically integrated business model, including development stages from acquisition and contract management to market research, product development, and sustainability management.

Prior to Odebrecht, Selma worked at MAC Construtora e Incorporadora as a Development Manager from April 2004 to January 2010. Selma also gained experience at Jonas Birger Architecture as a Design & Quality Control Manager from May 2000 to April 2004.
