Stephen Sobota

Stephen Sobota has extensive experience as a founder and CEO in the rental housing industry. Stephen started their career by collecting rental housing accounts to finance their college education. In 1983, they co-founded Pierce, Hamilton & Stern with their brother, where they served as the CEO until 2005. In the same year, they founded Resident Interface - By Hunter Warfield and continues to focus on strategies to provide more value to owner/managers.

Stephen Sobota attended The Catholic University of America from 1979 to 1995. Stephen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business during this time.
