Maurice Singer

Maurice Singer is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and finance industry with extensive experience as a Principal and Branch Manager across multiple companies. Currently serving at think mortgage since January 2024 and RealFi since May 2019, Maurice has demonstrated leadership skills in various roles including Independent Branch Manager positions at Columbus Capital Lending and Norcom Mortgage. Prior to these roles, Maurice held positions at EverBank as a Federal Mortgage Originator, at Homeward Residential as a Home Retention Contact Center Supervisor, and at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. Maurice’s career began as a Branch Manager at Utah Financial Inc and a Team Manager at Corporate Investors Mortgage Group. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Grand Canyon University, which was completed between 2000 and 2004.
