Hannah Gripp currently serves as a Graduate Clinician at Residential Opportunities Inc., working under a PhD student and BCBA-D with the Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research- Elaine Home Program since September 2023. Previously, Hannah held the position of Behavioral Health Technician at WMU Kalamazoo Autism Center from August 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included direct work with clients diagnosed with autism and data collection. Prior roles include Undergraduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Western Michigan University, where valuable research and instructional support skills were developed.
