Brooke Toomey

Brooke Toomey has extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Brooke is currently the Founder & CEO of TI Executives, where they focus on creating inclusive workplaces through consulting and education. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director for Residential ONE, a property management company. Brooke also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for People Department Consulting, providing personalized assistance for HR needs. Brooke has also held roles as a People Resource Consultant for Chesapeake Bayhawks, Driven - Private Transportation, and Smartlink, LLC. Brooke previously served as a Human Resources Manager/Director for Remington Hotels and worked temporarily in Human Resources for Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Brooke began their career as a Customer Service Ambassador/Front Desk Associate at Annapolis Yacht Club. Brooke has a diverse range of experience in HR strategy, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training & development, and more.

Brooke Toomey obtained a Bachelor's Degree from East Carolina University in the years 1997 to 2002. During this time, their field of study is not specified. In 2002, they earned a Spanish Language Immersion Certificate from Universitat d'Alacant, specializing in Spanish language. Prior to their university education, from 1994 to 1997, Brooke completed their high school education at Broadneck High School. Brooke also pursued various for-credit courses, non-credit courses, and continuing education courses related to understanding human resources functions at Anne Arundel Community College from 1998 to 2001.
