Sven Arne Tepl has a diverse and extensive work experience in the music industry. Sven Arne has held numerous leadership positions, including being the CEO & Artistic Director of Residentie Orkest Den Haag since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Professor of viola & chamber music at Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where they also served as Vice-Principal / Director of Classical Music & Music in Education. Sven Arne was the Director of Artistic Affairs & Programming at Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest/Nederlands Kamerorkest and the Artistic Director of Holland Symfonia. Additionally, they have worked as a Professor of Viola at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and as a Solo Viola at Amsterdam Sinfonietta. Sven Arne also contributed to the Utrecht String Quartet and the Deutsche Kammerakademie Neuss as a Violist and Soloviolist respectively.
