Connie Gray

Connie Gray is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leading security initiatives and building resilient security frameworks across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Cybersecurity at Resideo since June 2024, Connie is responsible for strategy development and execution to safeguard products, services, and customers against cyber threats. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Engineering for Cybersecurity & Product Security at Snap One and Cyber Security Threat Intelligence Manager at Garmin International, among others. Connie possesses a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Computers & Information Systems from Park University and additional education from Iowa State University.
