Lee M. U'Ren

Lee M. U'Ren currently serves as the Global Director of Training & Enablement at Resideo, where efforts have led to a significant increase in customer engagement through the establishment of a unified training organization and embedded learning services. Previously, U'Ren held the position of Director at the Institute for Public-Private Partnerships, focusing on economic and governmental reform education, and has successfully redesigned product offerings in response to market changes. U'Ren's extensive background also includes roles at American Energy Services as a Regional Business Development Manager and Ciena as Director of Global Learning & Development, where leadership in learning services and innovative program development resulted in substantial revenue growth.
