Lynette Whooley

Lynette Whooley, PMP, is an accomplished packaging professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Packaging at Resideo since October 2018, Lynette develops and executes strategic plans while leading category and commodity teams. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Honeywell as a Packaging Engineering Manager, where Lynette implemented global operational processes and established design and testing centers across multiple countries. Lynette also contributed significantly as Director of Packaging Engineering at The Packaging Department, managing teams and strategic planning, and held various engineering roles at Hutchinson Technology, Inc. and IBM, showcasing a strong background in supplier management and technical expertise. Academic credentials include progress toward a Master’s Degree in Business Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Packaging Engineering.
