Paul Deninger

Paul Deninger is an expert in emerging technologies, digital disruption and capital markets. In addition to his current role on the Resideo Board of Directors, where he chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Innovation and Technology Committee, Deninger also serves on the board of two other public companies. He previously served as senior managing director of and, subsequently, a senior advisor to, Evercore, a highly-reputed publicly held investment banking advisory firm, where he advised leading technology companies on strategies for maximizing value.
