Ron Lauzier

Ron Lauzier has over two decades of experience in product support and technical services. Currently serving as a Bilingual Sr. Product Support Specialist at Resideo Technologies Inc. since September 1999, Ron has played a pivotal role in product support. Prior to this, Ron was the Technical & Engineering Support Lead at Honeywell from September 1999 to October 2018, where responsibilities included providing technical oversight and support. Earlier in Ron's career, from September 1993 to October 1998, Ron managed the Technical Services Department at SC Media (Soundcraft Canada), overseeing support and repairs for professional sound products and managing distribution warehouse operations with a team of eight direct reports.
