Sandra Gonzalez Shanel possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Resideo since January 2022, Sandra has previously held roles such as Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist with Cummins Inc. and Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included managing recruitment projects, stakeholder engagement, and candidate sourcing across the CEE and EMEA regions.
