Alice Dournel

Alice Dournel currently serves as Chief of Staff to the COO and CEO, as well as Internal Ops Manager and Chief of Staff to the CSO at Resilience, where responsibilities include business strategy analysis and the formulation of market access strategies and mergers & acquisitions. Previous experience includes product management at Resilience supporting the industrialization of GutyCare, as well as internship roles such as Business Analyst in New Ventures - M&A at the French Ministry of Economy, where responsibilities involved drafting reports and providing regulatory guidance during the Covid-19 context. Earlier roles include customer care at Roquette Frères and caregiving at Association Charles. Alice Dournel holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, with a dual focus on Public Policy Management from Sciences Po Lille, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.
