Shafitry Dirgandhiny

Shafitry Dirgandhiny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, advocacy, and project management. Currently serving as a Training and Development Officer at Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) and as Advocacy and Human Resource AYO ENVIRO with the ASEAN Youth Organization, Shafitry effectively coordinates research projects and implements strategies to promote organizational goals. Additionally, as the Founder of Nyoba Berbagi, significant fundraising efforts have been made to support communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Shafitry has also contributed as a social science teacher and geography teacher, designing curriculum and engaging students.
