Japhet Chiradza

Japhet Chiradza is currently a Training and Development Officer at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, specializing in Domestic Taxes. japhet has experience in managing talent pools, conducting job evaluations, delivering training, and supervising progress of training programs. japhet also serves as a Revenue Specialist, focusing on tax audits, debt management, research papers, tax analysis, and stakeholder consultations. Prior to this, japhet worked as a Lecturer at Harare Polytechnic, teaching Transport Economics and supervising research students. japhet holds a MA in Economics, Public Policy, and Taxation from Yokohama National University, and has completed various certifications in taxation and customs procedures.
