Emily Rasmussen is the President & Chief Operating Officer at Resilience Insurance Analytics, a leading insurance risk advisor. Emily previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Harbor Group Consulting LLC and served as the Managing Director for GSE & Securitized Lending. Emily has experience in commercial real estate finance, regulatory compliance, and civil practice law. Emily holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Michigan State University.
