Dr. Dorothy Seabrook

Dr. Dorothy Seabrook, PhD, HS-BCP, RBLP-T, is an accomplished Senior Consultant and CEO at Seabrook & Associates, LLC since September 2019, specializing in coaching, mentoring, training, and organizational assessment. Dr. Seabrook also serves as a Senior Consultant and Exam Administrator for the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP) since April 2021. Additionally, Dr. Seabrook contributes as faculty at Walden University since August 2018. Previous roles include Chief of Army Community Service at HQs Installation Management Command from April 2018 to December 2019 and Chief of Marine & Family Programs for the USMC from July 2016 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include two PhDs from Walden University in Human Services and Human Development, as well as master's degrees in Special Education and Educational Leadership, and a BA in Sociology and Social Work from Augusta State University.
