Heather Wells

Heather Wells has a diverse work experience. Heather is the founder of WEN2K LLC since April 2021. In addition to that, they serve as a consultant at Game On Nation starting from January 2024. Heather has also worked as the Director of Brand Ambassador Program at Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) since August 2023. Heather is a Brand Ambassador for the Fayetteville metro area at RBLP® Leader Training and Certifications, where they promote their leader training and certifications through various channels. Prior to their current roles, Heather worked in the US Army for over 30 years, rising from the rank of Private to Sergeant Major.

Heather Wells, RBLP-T, CPC has a diverse education history. Heather obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University, specializing in Administrative/Management Studies from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed the Summit Course (CEP-4) at the Joint Special Operations University in 2016. In 2011, they studied Organizational Leadership at the Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy (CEP-3). Heather also received a Certified Professional Business Coach certification from the Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting Business & Professional Coach Training Program in 2022. Additionally, they have earned several additional certifications, including RBLP-T, Mental Fitness Coach, and Women in Leadership Certificate. Heather is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has completed the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program at Cornell University. Heather is continuously expanding their knowledge and skills through various training programs and certifications.
