Tyana Bandeira

Tyana Bandeira worked as a Software Engineer at Resilient Coders starting in August 2022. In this role, they designed and developed full-stack web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Tyana collaborated with teams to build interactive and responsive websites and applications and maintained a detailed git history using Github. Tyana also worked on two specific projects during their time at Resilient Coders. In the project "Serenity," they developed a full-stack mental health app using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Git, Github, EJS templating, CSS, Bootstrap, and Mongoose. Tyana implemented a real-time chat function using web sockets and utilized MongoDB for storing and retrieving user's mood and symptom data related to depression. In the project "Coin," they contributed to the development of a saving and budgeting application using Bootstrap, MongoDB, CSS, EJS templating, JavaScript, and Node.js. Tyana collaborated with a team of 20 people and employed Git and Github for version control. Tyana utilized MongoDB as a primary database solution for storing and retrieving user's financial data.

Before their role at Resilient Coders, Tyana Bandeira worked as a Self-Employed Child Care Specialist from October 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the care of a child from five months old to two years old. Tyana led and supported the child's care development and worked as a helpful team member to the parents. Tyana organized daily activities and routines for the child's well-being and development.

Tyana Bandeira attended UMass Boston from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Biology, General. Tyana later enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University in 2021, focusing on Psychology.
