Before their role at Resilient Coders, Tyana Bandeira worked as a Self-Employed Child Care Specialist from October 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the care of a child from five months old to two years old. Tyana led and supported the child's care development and worked as a helpful team member to the parents. Tyana organized daily activities and routines for the child's well-being and development.
